How do I create a new email address? Print

  1. Login to your Client Area
  2. Click on the green Active button in the yellow Your Products and Services box
  3. In the shortcuts box click on the Mail icon
  4. When the Plesk screen opens click the Mail link in the left menu

Note: If you are planning on setting this account to forward to another email address, be sure to UNCHECK the Mailbox option in the General tab. If you do not do this, all of the emails sent to this address will be saved indefinitely on the server and it will eventually max out your allotted disk space causing unnecessary overage charges and may interrupt your mail service.
