How do I cancel/terminate my subscription? Print

1. Log in to your Client Area
2. In the yellow Your Active Products/Services box in the center of the page, click on the Name of the subscription that you want to cancel (ie. Wordpress Startup, not your domain name)
3. Click the Request Cancellation link in the left Actions menu.

NOTE: Per our Terms of Service, item #6 (Cancellation), a 30-day notice is required when canceling. The system won’t terminate it until 30-days have passed. If your billing date comes up within the 30-day period, you will be prorated and charged for the number of days from your bill date to the last day of the 30-day period.
