- Log in to your Client Area
- Click on the Billing link in the top menu
- Select Payment Methods from the drop-down menu
- Click on the name of the credit card you want to delete.
- Click the Delete button.
NOTE: You must have a credit card on file if you have an active subscription. You will need to add a new card before you can delete an old/current card. Once you do that, you need to set the new card as your default payment method before you will get the Delete button next to the old card.
