How do I cancel my domain name registration? Print

1. Log in to your Client Area
2. Click on the DOMAINS button or the top Menu item then click MY DOMAINS.
3. Select the domain name you wish to cancel by checking the box to the left of it.
4. In the above menu boxes, click MORE
5. Select AUTO RENEWAL STATUS
6. Click the red DISABLE AUTO RENEW button

NOTE: Once a domain name is registered, it is good for a minimum of a year unless you registered multiple years. Domain names cannot be refunded or returned.
